Datin Hjh. Nurhaida Abu Sahid
Datin Hjh. Nurhaida is a major shareholder and director in Jentayu Capital Sdn. Bhd., an investment holding company focusing on key sectors deemed to be sustainable, as well as promoting social and economic developments. Datin Hjh. Nurhaida has a degree in Political Science and History. She had worked on economic and social issues in the United States of America (USA), Indonesia, India and Malaysia. She led unique programs that contributes to a healthier environment and economic development of the people by means of engaging in natural resources. Among others, Datin Hjh. Nurhaida is closely engaged with international organisations such as the United Nations, United States Agency for International Development, and The Asia Foundation.
Midin Bin Asli
Midin Haji Asli, age 55, Malaysian, Senior Manager, Enrichment & Compliance Unit, Yayasan Sabah Group who is heading training for all staff of Yayasan Sabah and Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd. Besides training, he is also heading safety and health section which cover Forestry Sector, Agriculture & Manufacturing Sector and Corporate Services Sector. Monitoring projects are also part of his scope of responsibilities that cover all projects under Yayasan Sabah Group. He is a Certified Integrity Officer since 2016 and still heading integrity for Yayasan Sabah Group. Act as Sabah State Liaison Chairman for ACeiO (Association of Certified Integrity Officer) and was a lead auditor for QMS. Act as a Member for Technical Committee Module Development, ISO 37001 2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems, NIOSH Certification Sdn. Bhd.
Midin holds an Bachelor in Social Science from University Science Malaysia (USM), MBA from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) and currently candidate for PHD/DBA with University Teknology Mara (UiTM).
Ir Rohan Bin Ahmat
Ir. Rohan Bin Ahmat, age 42, graduated with Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2002. He started his career with Sabah Electricity Sdn Bhd (SESB) and had been serving them for five(5) years as a Project Engineer to supervise and monitor the project. While at Major Project (Generation) department, involved in the development of power plant projects such as mini hydro, Biomass and Gas Turbine (Open & Combine Cycle) Power Plant. With his cast experience, he joined Eramaz (M) Sdn Bhd on July 2009 to Support the company especially on the engineering department. He is the Project Manager (PM) for all of the project that was handled by the company. The Solar Hybrid Power Station in Tanjung Labian is one of his best moment as project manager, as that project has been awarded as the “Biggest Micro Grid Hybrid Solar Power Station” in The Malaysian Book of Records. He is a Professional Engineer with practising certificate (PEPC) by the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) and also a Member (M.I.E.M) of the Institution of Engineer Malaysia (IEM). Apart from that, he hold a Certificate of Competency Skills from Sustainable Energy Development Authority (SEDA) Malaysia in Grid-Connected System Design Course. He is currently Senior Manager, Engineering & Facilites Unit, Yayasan Sabah Group who leads the Building Maintenance Management for all of Yayasan Sabah Group Buildings. Supervising and Monitoring any projects development are is part of his scope of responsibilities which covers all projects especially those involving the development of power plant such as Mini Hydro, Solar, Gas Turbine and any other type of power plant under Yayasan Sabah Group.
